THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PARTICIPATE LEADERSHIP AND EMPLOYEE’S LOYALTY AT LAFARGE COMPANY

Abstract:

Due to covid-19 in 2020, many businesses suffered alongside other aspects, such as

health, and the fact that the world was changing before our eyes, and we couldn’t do anything

about it. Other than the financial and economic state of the companies and the market world,

the engagement and behavior of employees took a big hit; with many forced to work from home

many managers didn’t know how to communicate with their employees. Thus, the rates of

turnover have skyrocketed. In this thesis, we will cover an approach that showed positive effects

on lowering the rates of turnover among employees. In this research it will be the relationship

between participative leadership and employees’ loyalty and this research was carried out at

Lafarge company.
