The Relationship between Work-from-home and Employee performance among Kurdistan Sulaymaniyah

Abstract:

This research will help to demonstrate the importance of work from

home approach and its relation with employee performance. This research will

examine the link between two factors, "work from home" and "employee

performance," to see if they have a positive, significant relationship or otherwise. The

data analysis for this study will be carried out within the Asiacell organization by

delivering a set of questionnaires to their working members.
